I'm Andrea Gornik, an artist drawn to capturing the textures, rhythms, and essence of life through paint.

Originally from Southern California and now based in Southwest Florida, my work began with botanical subjects and has since grown into a wide range of themes—from wildlife and abstraction to textured monochromatic studies and vivid, life-filled color compositions.

At the heart of it all is depth—a literal and emotional quality I chase through layered mediums like joint compound, glazes, and detailed brushwork.  Each piece is crafted with love and the intention to invite touch, introspection, and presence.

I’m inspired by nature, movement, and the cycles of growth and transformation. My process is intuitive, grounded in mood and energy, and constantly evolving.
